COREnet links
COREnet is a Horizon Europe–funded project that aims to strengthen short food supply chains across Europe by improving advisory services and fostering collaboration among SFSC advisors. The project builds a Europe-wide network that shares innovative practices, “Golden Cases”, and Lighthouse Projects to enhance the economic, social, and environmental impact of local food systems.

By connecting local initiatives to a broader European framework, COREnet helps translate practical experience into shared knowledge that can inspire and support short food supply chains in different regional contexts.

WHAT ARE SFCSs?

“A short supply chain means ‘a supply chain involving a limited number of economic operators, committed to cooperation, local economic development, and close geographical and social relations between producers, processors and consumers’” (EAFRD, 2013).
